    Following last week’s news that Hawick is to lose its last remaining bank, a potential site is now being sought for a new banking hub.

    The Bank of Scotland’s High Street branch is set to close its doors next October, with Cash Access UK in the throes of seeking a suitable property to open a banking hub.
