Campus to house ‘cutting-edge’ hub

The future of Borders College’s campus in Buccleuch Road has been “secured”

Borders College’s Hawick campus is set to be transformed into a “cutting-edge” innovation and advanced manufacturing hub, it was announced yesterday (Thursday).

The move, which will see South of Scotland Enterprise (SOSE) take ownership of the building in Buccleuch Road, has allayed fears over the college’s long-term future in the town.
