    Three local groups have been “recommended” for a share of £1.8million in Borderlands Inclusive Growth Deal funding, The Hawick Paper can reveal.

    Those shortlisted for the cash windfall are The Arches Arts Centre, Friends of Hawick Mair, and Hornshole Greenway Project.
