    Stirches in line for care village

    Plans for a 60-bed care village at Stirches are set to get the go-ahead next Thursday.

    A full meeting of Scottish Borders Council will be recommended to approve the new development in partnership with Eildon Housing Association and the closure of Deanfield residential care home once the new facility has been constructed.
