    Wreath-laying ‘a quiet ceremony’ in tribute to our fallen heroes

    Two ex-Cornets of yesteryear and the current incumbent lined up at the war memorial in Wilton Lodge Park early last Saturday to lay wreaths on behalf of Teries.

    The low-key, sombre occasion marked the culmination of a week unprecedented in Common-Riding history in which all traditional events were cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
