    Some of the overflowing bins and discarded white goods at Eastfield Road this week

    A “multi-agency taskforce” is needed to tackle ongoing antisocial and environmental problems in a “shockingly rundown area” in Eastfield Road.

    The most recent incident in a long-running saga saw the area overrun by vermin and asbestos dumped there.
