    100 years on, KOSB Great War veteran honoured

    A First World War Hawick soldier who died of tuberculosis following discharge on medical grounds was finally recognised for his military service at a ceremony at Hobkirk Parish Church, Bonchester Bridge yesterday (Thursday) afternoon.
