    Hawick Under-18s dominated in the mud at Selkirk’s Victoria Park

    Hawick U-18 made the short journey to Selkirk’s Victoria Park to play on the league’s smallest pitch against Selkirk Youth Club and were runaway 38-7 winners. 

    The soggy underfoot conditions added to the slippy ball made Hawick’s normal high intensity game slow down, but they took the lead with a fine worked try in the corner by Finnan Gordon Woolley, who added another to his try count not long afterwards.
